E-MAIL SYSTEM, SYSTEM PROCESSING METHOD OF E-MAIL SYSTEM AND RECORDING MEDIUM WHICH RECORDS PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management of an e-mail address which a user notifies.

SOLUTION: When a transmitted e-mail is not delivered, an e-mail undelivery flag of the user in an e-mail address table TB1 is set to 1. When a user in which the e-mail undelivery flag is 1 logs in next time, a change screen W2 for prompting change of an e-mail address is automatically displayed. Thus, a user who changes the e-mail address is prompted to registration of a new e-mail address.
