<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone e-mail notification system and a method thereof which automatically generate an e-mail nondelivery notice and send it to a business when an e-mail, has been sent to an e-mail address registered by the business, and the information of its nondelivery is returned, and which notify of money-related information by a cellular phone e-mail. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises an e-mail nondelivery notice generating means by which a first mail address is extracted and a nondelivery notification mail is generated and sent. When an e-mail nondelivery notice is received after that, a final mail address is extracted from the non-delivery e-mail, and a call is made to a cellular phone or a general phone.
