<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a fibrous structural material containing a polytrimethylene terephthalate-based fiber excellent in sublimation stability and clearness of dyed color. <P>SOLUTION: (1) This method for treating the fibrous structural material is provided by treating the fibrous structural material containing the polytrimethylene terephthalate-based fiber with a treating agent containing a fatty acid polyalkylether.
