PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive layered product having an excellent etching property and excellent alkaline resistance; and to provide a conductive transparent substrate using the conductive layered product. SOLUTION: This conductive layered product has, on a first amorphous composite oxide layer having a film thickness of 100-1,000Å, a layer structure composed by sequentially stacking a metal thin film layer having a film thickness of 10-50Åand a second amorphous composite oxide layer having a film thickness of 100-1,000Å. Both the first amorphous composite oxide layer and the second amorphous composite oxide layer are each formed of a composite oxide comprising In oxide and an oxide of one or more kinds of metals selected from a group comprising Sn, Ga and Zn, wherein the ratio of In included in all the metal elements is 20-80 mol%. The metal thin film layer is formed of one or more kinds of metals selected from a group comprising Ag, Cu, Pt and Al. This conductive transparent substrate is provided with a transparent substrate, and the conductive layered product formed on a predetermined surface of the transparent substrate directly or through an undercoat layer.
