VEGETATION MAT FOR RIVER BULKHEAD AND SURFACE OF SLOPE PROTECTION AND THIS CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE

A method of constructing a vegetation mat for protection of river revetment and a face of slope is provided to improve root establishment of seed, to prevent the seed washing down the slope and to ensure execution property and safety by reinforcing a coir mat with jute fiber. A vegetation mat(M) for river revetment and slope face contains: planting soil(20) with a predetermined depth and length and attached with plant seed(10); a coir mat(30) woven in grid form using jute fiber and attached to both sides of the planting soil; a grid formed in a plane shape on the surface of coir mat and comprising polypropylene resin or biodegradable resin. The vegetation mat is constructed by the steps of leveling the ground surface to install the planting mat; installing the planting mat; fixing the planting mat with a fixing pin(P) comprising biodegradable resin and formed by a protrusion(60) on the side; and covering the mat with surrounding earth or soil.
