PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling cabinet that prevents a leak of internal cold air from around a heat weld and the opening of a hinged door by a temporary rise in internal pressure even when using door packing having therein internal partition walls. SOLUTION: Parts 10 of the internal partition walls 212 near end faces (45°-cut faces) of members 211P with the end faces cut obliquely at 45°are cut away, so that in the door packing formed in a rectangle by heat welding of the members 211P, the internal partition walls 212 are not heat-welded, and even when the internal partition walls 212 are deformed as the hinged door is closed, cut ends 11 of the internal partition walls 212 do not reach the end faces (45°-cut faces) of the members 211P cut obliquely at 45°.
