PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic cylinder shock absorbing device for allowing the easy stroke adjustment of a table for carrying workpieces while securing durability and reliability. SOLUTION: The device comprises a case which includes a cylinder connection port 15, a selector valve connection port 14, a throttle valve laid between the cylinder connection port and the selector valve connection port for adjusting the exhaust amount of air exhausted from the cylinder connection port to the selector valve connection port, a bypass on-off valve 22 for opening and closing communication passages 23, 24 provided in parallel to the throttle valve, and a valve drive part 18 for detecting the table of a pneumatic cylinder and closing the bypass on-off valve.
