PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device with a smaller-size housing capable of being manufactured at lower cost, having required bearing performance while keeping itself clean by suppressing the elution of ions from a resin portion. SOLUTION: The housing 7 is formed of a resin composition.
