PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V-ribbed belt enabling the rapid discharge of water invaded in the clearance thereof from a pulley, the pulley, and a power transmission device. SOLUTION: A water storage recessed part 34 of a roughly rectangular shape in cross section is formed in the V-ribbed belt 3 all around a bottom between V-ribs 31 adjacent to each other. Also, a water draining hole 35 passed through the V-ribbed belt to the rear surface 33 is formed in the bottom face of the water storage recessed part 34. Also, a water storage recessed part 24 is formed in an alternator pulley 2 all around the groove bottoms of V-grooves 23 adjacent to one another, and a water draining hole 25 passed through the alternator pulley to the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 21 thereof is formed in the bottom face of the water storage recessed part 24. Water present at a contact portion between the V-ribbed ribs 31 and the V-groove is discharged from the water draining holes 35 and 25 after being forced out to the water storage recessed part 34 on the V-ribbed belt 3 side and the water storage recessed part 24 on the alternator pulley 2 side by contact pressure.
