PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic control system for an exhaust system, capable of effectively increasing horsepower of an engine by accurately controlling an auxiliary exhaust valve device and an auxiliary exhaust pipe in an electronic automatic control method. SOLUTION: This automatic control system for the exhaust system comprises the auxiliary exhaust valve device, a main exhaust pipe, the auxiliary exhaust pipe, an electronic tachometer and an electronic control valve. The electronic tachometer is connected with the engine and used to detect engine speed. The electronic control valve is connected with the electronic tachometer and can input a control signal of the electronic tachometer. The electronic control valve is connected with a space between the auxiliary exhaust valve device and the engine and can control opening/closing of the auxiliary exhaust valve device. When the auxiliary exhaust valve is formed to be opened, the main exhaust valve is formed so as to exhaust and the auxiliary exhaust pipe is formed so as to secondarily exhaust.
