PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration method and a calibration device for display with excellent precision, to provide a calibration table obtained by the calibration method, and to provide a program for executing the calibration method by a computer. SOLUTION: In the calibrating method for the display, which displays a color patch on the display and measuring colors of the color patch to calibrate the display, a display color for correction is uniformly displayed by supplying a single color signal to a screen and imaged by a colorimetric means to display a color patch consisting of a plurality of colors on the screen, and the color patch is imaged by the colorimetric means; and colorimetric data of the color patch are corrected based upon the colorimetric data of the display color for correction to generate a calibration table for the display.
