SOLUTION: The micro amount of substance M in the gas A is collected by a collector 2, the collector 2 collecting the micro amount of substance M is heated in an inert gas to vaporize the collected micro amount of substance M, and a concentration of the micro amount of substance M is found by forming gas G generated by the vaporization into plasma, followed by an analysis.
