PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce difficulties due to timewise and geographical conditions of both doctors and patients and to more easily execute actual medical examinations carried out while the doctor and the patient interact facing each other. SOLUTION: The patient 400 and the doctor 500 face each other in the state of looking at the faces of each other through portable telephone terminals 440a and 440b. Then, image communication, voice communication, data communication and equipment control functions or the like that the portable telephone terminals 440a and 440b have are simultaneously and comprehensively used, required information is exchanged in real time through a prescribed network, and the actual face-to-face interactive medical examination by the doctor 500 is executed.
