<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device 1 capable of developing excellent sealability of foreign matters by making a foreign matter removal lip 13d disposed forward of a seal lip 6e to be hardly worn. <P>SOLUTION: The foreign matter removal lip 13d developing a swing out effect by a centrifugal force by the rotation of a rotating shaft 3 is mounted on the rotating shaft 3 at the front of the seal lip 6e.
