<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent even a very small amount of contaminants from being mixed in a material to be treated, in a sealing unit of a device, such as a mixer, an agitator, and a dispersing apparatus, having an agitation shaft. <P>SOLUTION: An agitation shaft (10) is rotatably supported in a bearing case (11) by a bearing (12), An upper sealing member (15) and a lower sealing member (16) are provided at an interval between them at the lower side of the bearing (12) and the end parts of both the members (15), (16) are elastically and slidingly contacted to the outer periphery of a sleeve (14) fitted to the agitation shaft (10). A storing part (19) storing foreign matters is formed to the lower side of the lower sealing member (16) and a sucking nozzle (25) is opened at the storing part (19). A sucking passage (26) is opened at a gap part (18) between the upper sealing member (15) and the lower sealing member (16). When a sucking action is caused in the sucking nozzle (25) and the sucking passage (26), the sealing members is got into closely contact with the sleeve to suck and remove the foreign matters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
