<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of transmitting value data to a non-contact communication medium in the state of incorporating the non-contact communication medium in a portable terminal regardless of the difference of the model of the portable terminal or the like to thereby improve convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A value data processor is provided with a mounting part for mounting the portable terminal thereon in the state of incorporating a non-contact recording medium, an opening / closing means for the mounting part, and a control means for controlling them.
