<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting warning device for roads, which enables light emission by a luminous substance to be visually recognized easily as if it rotates, even when the surrounding is light with sun light, street lights or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a display surface 3, a non-light emission part 2 having a color tone of L value of 30 or less is provided among luminous substance groups 1 to cause contrast among the luminous substances and the non-light emission part 2, allowing the luminous substance groups 1 to be virtually recognized easily even in a light surrounding. Furthermore, the non-light emission part 2 having a color tone of an L value of 30 or less can produce more clearly the after-image by the movement of the light emission location of the luminous substance groups 1 in the non-light emission part 2, which causes the after-image phenomenon easy to occur to make the light emission on the display surface 3 emit light as if it rotates, even in a light surrounding, enabling visual recognition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
