<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure insulation property and electromagnetic shielding property between a main circuit and a control circuit disposed closely mutually, and to provide an inverter device whose heat dissipation property is improved to an outside. <P>SOLUTION: A shield plate 78 provided between a power module 72 and a control unit 74 consists of a metallic member and shields electromagnetic noise from the main circuit 82. The shield plate 78 has a fin 100 and a heat dissipator 102 provided to an outside of housings 86, 94, absorbs heat from the main circuit 82, and emits it to an outside of the device from the heat dissipation part 102.
