<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microprocessor having a function for easily performing debugging on a system in a test at a system level in the microprocessor. <P>SOLUTION: This microprocessor is principally constructed of a CPU 1a, an address bus 2, a data bus 3, a communication circuit 4b performing communication with an external communication apparatus 99, a communication buffer 5 storing communication data, a storage circuit 13a storing received data transmitted from the external communication apparatus 99, a transfer circuit 14 transferring the received data from the external communication apparatus 99 to the storage circuit 13a, a storage position setting register 15 setting a storage position of the data in the storage circuit 13a, a mode register 16 setting whether the data are automatically stored in the storage circuit 13a or not during communication, and a storage timing setting register 17 showing timing of storage of the received data when manual data storage is selected by the mode register 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
