<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bail bond system for determining whether or not the bail bond should be executed from the point of view of whether or not a defendant satisfies conditions for the bail allowance determined by a court. <P>SOLUTION: This bail bond system for determining whether or not the bail bond should be executed is provided with a defendant information acquiring part, a determination part for determining whether or not bond should be executed based on the defendant information, a storage part for, when it is determined that bond should be executed by the determination part, storing the determination result by associating it with the defendant information and an escape presence/absence information adding part for adding information related with escape as the information of the defendant stored in the storage part after the defendant is freed on bail.
