PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration chip capable of realizing a stable vibration characteristic by controlling vibration delivered to a base so as to effectively prevent vibration leakage, and to provide a piezoelectric device using the piezoelectric vibration chip. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibration chip 32 is provided with: a pair of vibration arms 34, 35; a base 51 to which a pair of the vibration arms 34, 35 are connected and which includes fixed regions 52a, 52b joined to a package 28, and a pair of the vibration arms 34, 35 has long grooves 36, 37 extended along the length direction, respectively and the base 51 is characterized in to include thin parts 64, 65 formed by forming sides opposite to the fixed regions 52a, 52b to be recessed to leave a thickness near a center axis Y1 along the length direction passing through the center in a width direction.
