PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste for forming a transparent conductive film capable of forming a transparent conductive film with excellent transparency and conductivity by using a low cost and simple film forming method such as screen printing or a wire bar coating method. SOLUTION: When the paste for forming the transparent conductive film is prepared by heat dissolving acetylacetone indium, acetylacetone tin and a cellulose derivative in alkylphenol and/or alkenyl phenol, dibasic acid ester and/or benzyl acetate, and acetylacetone, the total content of acetylacetone indium and acetylacetone tin is 1 to 30 wt%, the content of the cellulose derivative is 5 wt% or less, and the content of acetylacetone is 0.5-10 wt% or less. The paste is applied and dried on a substrate, baked at a temperature of 400°C or higher to obtain a desired ITO transparent conductive film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
