PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development apparatus etc., capable of preventing a turn up of a blowdown prevention sheet even if toner flows into an aperture end of a development frame and to an inner surface side of the development frame blowdown prevention sheet. SOLUTION: The development apparatus has the development frame 15 which has a developing roller 20 for supplying the toner to a photoreceptor drum, the aperture 17 for supplying the toner to the photoreceptor drum and the aperture 17 for mounting the developing roller 20 and the sheet-like blowdown prevention sheet 25 which is mounted on the end of the aperture 17 in the development frame 15 and touches the developing roller 20 across its longitudinal direction. The development apparatus is provided with a toner inflow prevention member 18 for reinforcing the blowdown prevention sheet 25 on the blowdown prevention sheet 25 surface inside a region formed by the development frame 15 and the blowdown prevention sheet and nearer the end of the aperture 17 of the development frame 15 than the touching position of the development roller 20 and the blowdown prevention sheet 25.
