PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch engagement/disengagement position detecting structure capable of detecting a engagement/disengagement position of a clutch with a detecting means separated from an opening member and the clutch. SOLUTION: In this clutch engagement/disengagement position detecting device comprising a differential case 15 to which the driving force of a motor is transmitted, a differential mechanism 5 to which the driving force is transmitted from the differential case 15, a clutch device 7 mounted between the differential case 15 and the differential mechanism 5 for connecting and disconnecting the driving force, and an actuator 11 for moving and operating a pressure plate 9 engagement and disengagement of the clutch device 7, and detecting the engagement/disengagement position of the clutch device 7, an adjacent switch (detecting means) 13 is mounted in opposition to the pressure plate 9 at a specific interval to detect a disengaged state or an engaged state of the clutch device 7 by detecting the movement of the pressure plate 9.
