PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make suitably realizable electric connection of a pixel potential capacitor electrode constructing a storage capacitor, respectively with a TFT and with a pixel electrode in an electrooptical apparatus and to miniaturize it and to make it high definition by having a suitable stacked layer structure including a storage capacitor. SOLUTION: The electrooptical apparatus is equipped with the TFT (30) on a substrate (10), and the storage capacitor (70) and pixel electrode (9a) on the TFT. Further the electrooptical apparatus is equipped with an junction electrode (719) as the same film with a scanning line (3a) including the gate electrode of the TFT(30). The junction electrode and a lower electrode (71) functioning as the pixel potential capacitor electrode of the storage capacitor are electrically connected via a contact hole (881) and the junction electrode and the pixel electrode are electrically connected via a contact hole (882) and so on.
