PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin winder, easily energizing and loosening a winding spring 23 for rotating a bobbin body 2 in the winding direction. SOLUTION: This bobbin winder includes: a bobbin body 2 rotatably stored in a case 1 and energized in the winding rotating direction of a thread 3 by the winding spring 23; and a charge part 4 for adjusting the energizing force of the winding spring 23. The spring charging part 4 includes: a charge handle 42 rotatably disposed on the outside of the case 1 concentrically with the bobbin body 2; a lever 45 provided on the charge handle 42 through a support shaft 45c to move like a seesaw, one end of which is provided with an operating end part 45a exposed from a finger hook hole 42b of the charge handle 42, and the other end of which is provided with a locked part 45b; a coiled spring for energizing the locked part 45b to the case 1 side; and a spiral groove 112 formed in the case 1 to lock the locked part 45b in the deepest part with respect to the rotating direction.
