PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray washing device for certainly preventing high temperature of washing water, i.e., a problem when returning conduits for communicating through an unloader valve are provided at front and rear sides of a pressure-feeding pump. SOLUTION: In the spray washing device, the returning conduits 13 for communicating through the unloader valve 14 are provided at front and rear sides of the pressure-feeding pump 10 and when a hand valve of a spray gun 12 is closed, remaining water is flowed to the returning conduits 13 to escape the load applied to the pressure-feeding pump 10. In the spray washing device, water of a water tank 5 is circulated to a heat exchange conduit 17 provided so as to surround the returning conduits 13 and heat exchange is performed by the washing liquid flowing in the returning conduits 13 and water flowing in the heat exchange conduit 17.
