PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of spreading food having butter as a base intended for solving such problems that at present bread meal is disfavored and even half of bread sales of old times is not sold because peripheral food must be arranged so as to eat bread meal through variously applying spread suiting taste onto toasted bread without difficulty. SOLUTION: Butter packed in a tube is always soft and usable through squeezing out. The easiest and inexpensive way to make butter soft to be directly usable for bread is to pack butter in a tube to be left under ordinary temperature. The butter is called as Nagai's butter.
