A nonmagnetic toner for electrophotography, and an electrophotographic imaging device containing the toner are provided to improve durability, low temperature fixation and gloss. A nonmagnetic toner for electrophotography comprises a binder resin; a releasing agent; a colorant; a charge control agent; and an external additive, wherein the binder resin comprises a blend of a high molecular weight polymer having a weight average molecular weight(Mw) of 5x10^4 to 1x1-^5 and a low molecular weight polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 5x10 to 1x10^4. The distribution of molecular weight of the binder resin satisfies the relation represented by (Mw of a high molecular weight polymer)/(Mn of a high molecular weight polymer) >= 3 x (Mw of a low molecular weight polymer)/(Mn of a low molecular weight polymer), wherein Mn is a number average molecular weight.
