<p>The strap (4) is guided through a first curved carrying element (3) to an opening (7) in the lower corner of a rectangular sheet (6), through an opening (8) in the opposite corner, and through the second curved carrying element (2). A smaller rectangular plate (9) is movable joined with a bolt (13) to one hole of a row of openings (14) in the center of the larger sheet (6).
