The device has two stopper portions (50) arranged at the surface (311) of the seat section (31) of an impact seat (30). The internal ends of the stopper portions are arranged conforming the two symmetrical spherical recesses (41) formed on the impact seat to block and prevent the guide bearings (43) from jumping out from the open ends of the spherical recesses. The seat section of the impact seat has a hole through which a transmission shaft (20) is adjustably fitted. The seat section can be moved between impact position and free position along the transmission shaft. A guide section (40) is provided for guiding the seat section along the transmission shaft. The guide section has two symmetrical guide grooves (42) in agreement with the spherical recesses of the impact seat. The guide bearings are placed to move along the spherical recesses and guide grooves.
