<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solution of royal jelly, which is carried out by a simple method at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the solution of royal jelly comprises a first process for mixing royal jelly with water, a kind of enzyme and an enzyme activator and heating the mixture at pH 7-pH<11 at 35-65 °C, a second process for adjusting the pH of the mixture to be higher than that of the first process and pH<12.5 and heating the mixture at 30-65 °C and a third process for adjusting the pH of the mixture to <7 and heating the mixture to deactivate the enzyme. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
