SOLUTION: The air conditioner 2 operation-controlled based on an estimated cost of electric power charge comprises a means 4 preliminarily determining the power rate; a means calculating an operable time from the determined power rate and a unit operation time that is an operable time per unit price; and a means comparing the calculated operable time with the operation time of the air conditioner.
