PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which prevents toner melting from the fixing device and prevents image fouling from occurring, an image forming apparatus using it and a toner used for it. SOLUTION: The fixing device 25 which fixes on a recording medium by heat and/or pressure has a fixing roller 251, a pressure roller 252, and a cleaning roller 257 to clean either one of them.
