<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrahigh solid content polymer polyol which has good filterability in spite of having reasonable viscosity and to provide a method for producing the ultrahigh solid content polymer polyol. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer polyol is obtained by radically polymerizing (A) a base polyol, (B) a high-performance preformed stabilizer, and (C) at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer in the presence of (D) at least one radical polymerization initiator and (E) at least one chain transfer agent.
