摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication equipment by which interference exerted on other terminal equipment under communication is reduced in starting frame transmission in a CSMA (Carrier Sense Multiple Access)-based radio communication system. SOLUTION: A priority control section 17 establishes priority lower than the original priority uniquely assigned to a priority storage section 18 prior to transmitting frames. A transmission section 13 takes out at any time a required amount of data from a transmission buffer 12 for framing and transmits the data through a radio interface 14. In this case, the transmission section 13 decides frame transmission intervals in accordance with the priority stored on the priority storage section 18 for transmission. A monitoring section 15 observes the retained data state of the transmission buffer 12 during a timer period. Based on the result, the priority control section 17 controls the transmission section 13 to avoid further line congestion when the priority control section 17 determines that own data can not be transmitted due to radio line congestion and suspends the transmission.
