PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost while improving basic quality and performance as a planetary reduction gear. SOLUTION: This planetary reduction gear 110 comprises an inner pin hole 130 formed on an external tooth gear 116, first and second supporting flanges 150, 160 formed on axial both sides of the external tooth gear 116, a plurality of inner pins 140 formed integrally with the first supporting flange 150, freely fitted to the inner pin hole 130, and extended to a second supporting flange 160 side, a knock pin 170 knocked to at least one end part of the inner pin 140 from the second supporting flange 160 side, and a connection bolt 180 knocked from the second supporting flange 160 side to at least one end part of the inner pin 140.
