PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and/or an apparatus for making a DMAC issue mechanism efficient. SOLUTION: An issue system 100 of a direct memory access request command uses a streaming ID from a processing element. The issuance system 100 has a bus 130, a memory controller, bus interface units 116, 118, 120 and a BIU means is connected between the bus means and the DMAC means. In addition, the memory controller 122 determines what command is developed as a command bus request, this determination is performed as a function of issue policy using at least one of slot change, a streaming ID and old and new of commands as a factor.
