PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a charge for money changing to be levied without a card as well as with a card and to allow a charge for money changing to be levied in accordance with the degree of favor of a customer utilizing money changing when operating a money changing processing apparatus. SOLUTION: The money changing apparatus exchanges received money for a specific denomination, which a customer desires, and pays exchanged money, and the money changing apparatus acquires discrimination information of a customer utilizing money changing and determines the degree of favor of the customer on the basis of the acquired discrimination information to regulate a money changing transaction and to levy a charge for money changing correspondingly to the customer.
