PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever device for a vehicle capable of realizing miniaturization of the device while ensuring operability of the shift lever. SOLUTION: (1) The shift lever device 10 for the vehicle has a plate 30 provided on the shift lever; a first support member 40 for slidably supporting the plate 30 in A direction; and a second support member 50 for slidably supporting the first support member 40 in B direction different from the A direction.
