PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a sense of incongruity generated at the time of changing control in carrying out the ride comfort control and the positional control by changing damping force of a damper by an actuator. SOLUTION: It is possible to eliminate the sense of incongruity of a driver by preventing sudden change of the damping force of the damper in changing the positional control and the ride comfort control as a high select means 26 controls the damping force of the damper of a suspension by outputting the larger one of two parameters when positional control parts M2, M3 computes the parameter to control a position of a vehicle including rolling and pitching and a sky hook ride comfort control part M1 computes the parameter to control the riding comfortability of the vehicle by restraining transmission of vibration from a road surface.
