PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type mowing machine in which a grass-collecting part can readily be moved along the ground. SOLUTION: In the riding type mowing machine, a supporting frame 16 is provided in the rear of a machine body 1 having a mower 4 and a grass-collecting part 7 is detachably attached to a supporting frame 16 and wheels 43 are provided in the bottom 41 of the grass-collecting part 7.
