A transdermal drug administration apparatus with microneedle that at the transdermal administration of physiologically active substance (drug), is capable of perforating the skin (stratum corneum) through simple and easy operation. There is provided a transdermal drug administration apparatus with microneedle, comprising microneedle device (50) having multiple microneedles (51) capable of perforating the skin and multiple solution channels (52); absorber (11) disposed on the microneedle device (50), containing dry drug (10) and constituted of a material capable of liquid absorption; and dissolution liquid reservoir (18) disposed on the absorber (11), accommodating dissolution liquid (16) capable of dissolving the drug (10) and realizing breakage of diaphragm (20) interposed between the same and the absorber (11) upon pressurization. Upon pressurization of the dissolution liquid reservoir (18), not only is the diaphragm (20) broken but also the microneedles (51) perforate the skin, so that the drug (10) dissolved in the dissolution liquid (16) is delivered through the microneedle device (50) to the skin.
