The shelving system for storing articles in a desired order consists of roller conveyors along which the articles move under the effect of gravity. They are fitted with locking devices to stop the articles when they reach the desired positions. These consist of levers (1) mounted on a pivot (13) which carry a fork (10, 11) at the top end. A weight (14) is fitted into a recess below the pivot to adjust the lever.
