<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an optical receiving terminal station device that brings about little deterioration in OSNR and is easily adaptive to an increase in users, in an optical transmission system for assigning a plurality of wavelengths to the users based on rules similar to pseudo random sequence PRBS. <P>SOLUTION: A wavelength demultiplexer (52) demultiplexes light inputted from an optical transmission line (20) into each wavelength. A photoelectric converter (54a, 54b, 54c) converts a light component of each wavelength demultiplexed by the wavelength demultiplexer (52) into an electric signal. An arithmetic circuit (56a, 56b, 56c) adds/subtracts output signals of the plurality of optic/electric converters (54a, 54b, 54c) according to predetermined rules and demultiplexes transmission data (D<SB>1</SB>, D<SB>2</SB>, D<SB>3</SB>) of the respective users. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
