PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely mounting bicycle components on a handle bar. SOLUTION: A mounting structure comprises a component supporting part 20 for supporting the bicycle components, tube-shaped clamp parts 22, 24 connected to the component supporting part 20, a bolt 28, nut 30, and an adapter member 26. The tube-shaped clamp part has a split ring composition with a variable inner diameter equipped with an attachment slot 38, first/second end parts 32, 34, and an inner surface 36 extending between the both end parts. The bolt and the nut are connected to the respective end parts 32, 34 of the tube-shaped clamp part to shorten the variable inner diameter. The adapter member 26, which is the split ring attachably/detachably arranged on the inner surface of the tube-shaped clamp part, has a pair of free ends. The inner surface of the tube-shaped clamp part and the adapter member 26 are arranged so as to conform the split part of the adapter member 26 to the attachment slot 38.
