PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chucking device of a disk which is rotate-driven by rotary driving force of a motor. SOLUTION: The device comprises a chuck base, a plurality of chuck pins 3 and a plurality of elastic pieces. Regarding the chuck base, an assembling hole where the driving shaft of the motor is assembled is formed through the center of a main body, a protrusion 2 for pressing a shaft is provided in the assembling hole, a plurality of first and second arrangement parts are notch-formed along an outer periphery, and the center hole of the disk is inserted corresponding to it. The plurality of chuck pins 3 are arranged in a state where they can move to and from each first arrangement part, and which are elastically supported forward by a spring member 5 whose one end contacts with the chuck base. The plurality of elastic pieces are provided at each second arrangement part and has a curvature part having first and second internal curvatures folded and formed between a horizontal surface and a vertical surface so that an external surface may elastically contact with the inner peripheral surface of the center hole of the disk.
