PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM diversity synchronizing device and the like capable of taking synchronization of a plurality of branches with a single reference signal oscillator with high stability. SOLUTION: The OFDM diversity synchronizing device comprises: a plurality of antennas 1a and 1b; receiving systems 2a and 2b connected to the respective antennas 1a and 1b; a reference clock signal generating unit 3 for supplying the respective receiving systems 2a and 2b with a common clock signal; an operating means 31 for obtaining time-phase errors dta and dtb between a symbol segmenting position and the position of master symbol pulse for each of the receiving systems 2a and 2b and for obtaining average value between the time-phase errors dta and dtb for each of the receiving systems 2a and 2b; and a control means 34 for controlling the position of the master symbol pulse to the position of the average value.
