PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive inspection apparatus having low facility costs, and to provide a crane having the non-destructive inspection apparatus. SOLUTION: The non-destructive inspection apparatus 1 is provided on the carrying passage of a container C to the container crane. In the non-destructive inspection apparatus 1, the container C, entering an inspection region A is irradiated with radiation from radiation sources 21a, 21b, the radiation transmitted through the container C, is detected by an identical detector 22, and the whole inside the container C is inspected non-destructively, based on the information on the intensity of radiation detected by the detector 22 and that on the detection position. The nondestructive inspection apparatus 1 comprises a modulator 26 for differently modulating each radiation emitted by respective radiation sources 21a, 21b; and a discrimination device 27 for discriminating from which radiation source 21 the radiation is emitted, by identifying the modulation given to radiation entering the detector 22, based on the output of the detector 22.
