PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind which reduces a heat-island effect exerted on the environment, energy consumption and an air-conditioning cost by covering a window and a glass door in summer so as to keep a room temperature low and introducing light and heat into a room in winter so as to utilize them, which dispenses with maintenance costs and operating costs while requiring only low equipment costs, which can be easily and safely used, which can be easily operated, which eliminates the risk of environmental pollution, and which contributes to the solution of the problem of exhaustion of energy and an improvement in the global environment. SOLUTION: This blind has a light and heat reflector whose top surface serves as a mirror surface. A breadth of the light/heat blocking reflector is made greater than ever before.
